Our products are supplied in accordance with recognized international codes and standards such as ASTM, ASME, API, and ISO, unless otherwise agreed in writing. While every effort is made to ensure product accuracy and availability, specifications, descriptions, and stock levels are subject to change without prior notice. For special items or custom fabrication, supply will be based strictly on client requirements and formal agreements.
Quotations issued by the company are valid for a limited time, as indicated in the quotation itself, and may be revised or withdrawn before acceptance. An order is considered binding only when acknowledged in writing by Targett Zone Oilfield Trading - FZCO. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Prices are generally quoted in AED or an agreed currency and are exclusive of VAT, duties, or other applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Payment terms are outlined in the quotation or invoice provided, and failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension of supply or additional charges. Prices may also be adjusted in response to market fluctuations, currency variations, or unforeseen logistics costs.
Deliveries are arranged through our in-house logistics team, who ensure proper consolidation, packaging, and dispatch. While we strive to meet agreed timelines, delivery dates are approximate and may be affected by shipping conditions, customs clearance, or unforeseen events beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer once delivery or collection is completed, as per the agreed terms.
All products are subject to strict quality checks before dispatch, and we guarantee compliance with the agreed specifications. Warranty and guarantee conditions apply only as stated in our documentation or by the manufacturer. Any claims relating to defects or non-conformance must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of delivery. Returns are accepted only with prior written approval, and goods that are used, damaged, or altered will not qualify. Replacements or credits are processed only after inspection and confirmation.
The company’s liability is limited strictly to the value of the goods supplied under the specific order in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our products.
We operate under a certified Quality Management System, fully audited and approved to ISO 9001 by TUV Rheinland, and our systems are continuously monitored by experienced professionals. Additionally, we are dedicated to environmental responsibility and comply with established environmental practices while working to improve our Environmental Management System (EMS).
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control—such as natural disasters, strikes, shipping delays, accidents, or government regulations—the company shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill contractual obligations.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. Targett Zone Oilfield Trading - FZCO reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with updates communicated through our website or directly to clients.
